Shipping / Delivery and Return Policy

What You Need to Know

              No returns or refunds permitted for online orders. If you receive the wrong item, please email us at: SkinCare@VivaciousFYB.com. Include photo of wrong unopened item(s). We will send you a shipping label to have the item(s) returned to us and correct item(s) will be sent in 3-5 business days. 

             All orders placed before 2pm between Monday - Friday will be processed the same day, all orders placed after will be processed the next day. All orders placed during the weekend or public holiday will be processed the following Monday or on the next business day.
